Mr. Tuttle is a member of the Trial Lawyers College (TLC). TLC was founded by renowned trial lawyer, Gerry Spence. The college has extensive training programs designed to enhance the trial skills of personal injury advocates. Membership is limited to people who assist injured persons and persons wrongfully accused of criminal acts. The training program focuses on the seven essential elements of trial practice: 1) discovering the story; 2) psycho dramatic recreation; 3) voir dire (jury selection); 4) opening statement; 5) direct examination; 6) cross examination; and 7) closing arguments.
